BODIVA is Angola’s debt and securities exchange, founded in 2014. It operates the country’s primary and secondary fixed-income markets, the developing equity market (currently listing BAI, BFA, and BCGA), and is the venue for the upcoming PROPRIV privatization listings. BODIVA is supervised by the CMC (Comissão do Mercado de Capitais).
